Power Score

How the Power Score works.

One number, 0 to 1000, that says how much you lift and how consistently you train. Nothing else: not body weight, not age, not what you eat.

Power Score = Strength (0 to 800) + Consistency (0 to 200)

Strength: 0 to 800

Your best weight in the last 12 weeks on five lifts, each worth up to 160 points against a Legend reference. Variations count when they are close enough. Machines do not.

Reps count, a little

A single counts as is. A double earns 5% more, three reps or more 8%. Light high-rep sets earn nothing extra, so the score measures strength, not stamina.

The five lifts and the Legend reference

NameMenWomen
Squat215 kg135 kg
Bench press150 kg85 kg
Deadlift250 kg167.5 kg
Overhead press95 kg57.5 kg
Row135 kg82.5 kg

Two ladders so that Legend is the top 1% of men who lift and the top 1% of women who lift. Nothing else about the score changes.

Consistency: 0 to 200

Planned sessions done in the last 12 weeks, counting your best 10 of those weeks. A week with most of its sets done counts in full. Newcomers ramp up over their first four weeks.

Sick, injured or travelling? Pause for up to 4 weeks, 8 a year. Nothing drops.

10 levels, 100 points each

The first levels come fast. Legend takes most hard workers 15 years or more. The names describe habits, not dominance.

How it unlocks

The score is hidden until you have done 6 workouts in any 21 days and tested all five lifts. Then it is revealed full screen, with a story you can share.

Gains show the moment you save a workout. Drops are applied quietly overnight, and a level drops only after 14 days under its line.

New lifters spend their first 12 weeks technique first: no heavy singles and no Power sets, so the score waits until the form is there.

A worked example

Adam lifts 492 points of strength and trained 10 of the last 12 weeks for 90 points. His Power Score is 582: Level 6, Gladiator, 18 points from Machine.
