Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PermuteLab LLC ("we", "us") for the GymPower app and website. By creating an account or using GymPower you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use GymPower.

1. Who can use GymPower

• You must be 16 or older.
• You must give true information when you sign up, and keep it correct. Your sex, birth year, height and weight shape your plan and your Power Score ladder.
• You are responsible for your account and for what happens with it. Keep your sign-in safe.

2. What GymPower is

GymPower is an AI strength coach. It plans your sessions, predicts your sets, tracks your progress and gives you a Power Score from 0 to 1000. It also has challenges, stories to share, a Fuel log and watch apps.

GymPower gives fitness guidance. It is not medical advice. Read Health data and safety before you start.

3. Your subscription

• Free trial: new members get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, GymPower needs a subscription. There is no free plan.
• Price: the price, the period and the renewal terms are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you subscribe. The App Store or Google Play sets the price for your country.
• Payment and renewal: you pay the App Store or Google Play, not us. The subscription renews on its own until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. We cannot refund a store payment.
• Offers and codes: a friend code or an affiliate code can give a free month on the first purchase. Offers are given through the stores and have their own conditions. One code per account, the first code you use counts.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store first.
• After a subscription ends: you can still export your data and delete your account.

4. Referrals and codes

You can share your code. Your friend gets the first month free. You earn one free month only when that friend becomes a paying member on the yearly plan, up to 12 a year. Monthly plans and refunded purchases earn nothing. We can stop a reward if we find abuse, such as fake accounts or buying through your own code.

5. Your content

• You own what you add: workouts, notes, photos and stories.
• You give us a limited licence to store and process it to run GymPower for you. If you share a story, you choose where it goes.
• Progress photos are private. Story photos are processed on your phone.
• Do not add content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you have no right to use.

6. Fair use

Do not:

• enter fake workouts or weights, or use tools to cheat in challenges or the Power Score;
• share your account, or create accounts to get offers or rewards more than once;
• copy, reverse engineer or attack the app or our systems;
• use GymPower to harass other members;
• send us content that includes medical, personal or other data of people who did not agree.

We may hide a result that looks wrong, such as a very large jump in strength, from challenges until it is confirmed by later sets. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

7. Challenges and sharing

Challenges show the metric, your name, your avatar and your level to the other members. You choose what to join and what to share. Admins of a challenge can invite people. Another member can leave a challenge or block you.

8. Health and safety

Training has risks. You decide what to do with the plan. Stop if you feel pain, dizzy or unwell and ask a doctor. Do not use GymPower to treat a condition. GymPower does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and has no content about performance-enhancing drugs.

9. Our service

We try to keep GymPower available and correct, but we do not promise it will be without errors or interruptions. We may change, add or remove features. When we change a paid feature in a way that matters, we tell you in the app.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows:

• GymPower is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We are not responsible for injury or loss that comes from training. You train at your own risk.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We lock your account at once and delete your data within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms or the law. Sections that must continue (such as 10 and 12) continue after the end.

We may update these terms. When we change them in a way that matters, we publish a new version with a date, and the app asks you to accept it on your next launch. If you do not accept, you cannot keep using GymPower, but you can still export your data and delete your account.
