Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to everyone who applies to the GymPower affiliate program, run by PermuteLab LLC. When you apply, you accept them. We never ask for ID or a signed contract.

1. The program

If we approve you, you get:

• GymPower Pro free for 12 months;
• your own affiliate code and link;
• a share of the subscription price from each member who joins with your code, for that member's first 12 months.

Your share is set by us for each affiliate. We show it to you privately, in your dashboard, as an offer. Nothing starts until you accept it.

2. How you earn

• A member counts when they use your code and their free month turns into a paid plan.
• If they cancel during the free month, they do not count, and a later purchase earns nothing.
• You earn your share of the price the member paid for each payment, monthly or yearly, minus refunds.
• You earn for each member for their first 12 months of paid subscription.
• An affiliate code and a friend code do not stack. The first code a member uses counts.
• Earnings are shown in your dashboard. They become available after a hold period, to protect against refunds.

3. Payouts

• We pay in US dollars to your Payoneer account, when you ask, once your available balance reaches the minimum.
• We send the payout within 3 business days of your request.
• You are responsible for your taxes and for any licence or permit your country requires for paid promotion.

4. What we ask of you

1. Label every paid post: "#ad" or the platform's paid-partnership label. The law in many countries requires it.
2. Publish your first story about GymPower on the channels in your application within 7 days of approval.
3. Submit every post or story about GymPower in the portal.
4. Post at least once every 30 days. We remind you on day 21.
5. No fake results, no medical claims, no promises of "guaranteed" gains.
6. No bought followers and no search ads on "GymPower".
7. Fake signups never earn.

You decide what to post and when. We suggest 1 to 2 posts or stories a week. It is not a quota.

5. When the partnership ends

If 30 days pass with no submitted post, or you break a rule, we switch your code off and end the partnership. You then no longer get new members with your code.

You keep earning from every member who already joined with your code, for each member's full 12 months. If we end the partnership because of a violation, we tell you which rule and why.

An ended code is never given to anyone else.

6. Review and fraud checks

We review applications and posts. We may hold earnings that look wrong, such as many accounts from the same device, a very high refund rate or installs with no workouts, until we check them. Signups that are fake or made by the affiliate do not earn.

7. Your data

We store your application, your posts, your earnings and your payout details reference. We do not store your Payoneer login. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may change these terms or the program. A change that matters applies to new members who join after it. We publish a new version with a date, and tell approved affiliates.
