Delete your account

You can delete your GymPower account and data at any time. It works with or without a subscription.

In the app

1. Open GymPower and go to Profile, then Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account and data, then confirm.

We lock your account at once. We delete all your data within 30 days, including your photos.

By email

No phone at hand? Email hello@thegympower.com from the address you signed up with. Write "Delete my account" in the subject. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete your account the same way.

What we keep

• Purchase records. Tax law asks us to keep them. We remove your name and email first.
• Backups. Backup copies hold your data for up to 35 days more. Then they are gone.

Nothing else stays.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
